About Me...
Sun Country 99.5 is a labor of love from a radio junkie who was tired of not being able to find the music I loved on the radio dial. I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri listening to what has got to be one of the best country stations to ever grace the airwaves...61 Country-WDAF. It was great personalities like David Lawrence, Ted Cramer and Phil Young playing all that great 'real-life story' music. With most cities now lacking a station that plays any Classic Country music, I am excited to make this unique blend of hits available to anywhere via Loud City. When I'm not tinkering with the playlist of Sun County 99.5, playing train engineer or bowling with my 6 year old son, I work as the General Manager/Program Director/Afternoon Co-Host of an FM station in Orlando, Florida.
